LUNAFEST is a national film festival that features short films by, for and about women.  LUNAFEST was established in 2000 by LUNA® to simultaneously promote women filmmakers, raise awareness for women’s issues and support worthy women’s nonprofit organizations.

LUNAFEST Kitsap 2010 is on March 19 with doors opening at 5:30 pm. There will be two showings of the films, one at 6:00 pm and the other at 7:30 pm. Your LUNAFEST ticket includes:

All proceeds from LUNAFEST at WSA will be donated to charities:

• Kitsap Cancer Services (KCS), providing life-enhancing support services to increase emotional well-being in people affected by cancer. All of KCS's services are offered at no cost to cancer patients, their family members, friends and caregivers.
• The Breast Cancer Fund, a non-profit organization that works to identify—and advocate for the elimination of—the environmental and other preventable causes of the disease.
